We have built a "state of the art" Order Information System that takes the hassle out of the embroidery process. Our system keeps you informed of your orders 24/7 so you can concentrate on your customers rather than concentrating on your vendor.

How does it work?

First step is communication, we provide our customers with real time email verifications throughout the order process. At a minimum you will receive:

• An Emailed PO Verification

• An Emailed Pricing Verification

• An Emailed Garments Received Verification with ship dates

• An Emailed Shipping Notification complete with tracking numbers

• An Emailed Invoice the day of shipping

Second step is order tracking. In addition to the emailed notifications we provide our customers with an Order Status Web Page where they can track:

• All orders your company has in house, complete with order status

• An online tape library of designs your company has on file with us

• An invoice registry so you can access previous invoices

• Your current pricing structure

• Our current turnaround time

• We publish our turnaround time daily which ranges from 3-5 days for orders of 500 pieces or less, so there are no surprises of when your order will be ready.
• We have a 99.5% on time shipping rate, we take pride in shipping orders when we say it will ship.
• If that's not fast enough, we have rush services available if needed ranging from same day sewing to 72 hour express service.
